The Specialist
I'm interested to see, what will happen with Energy names, if 1.97 breaks for $SPNEC. - It will be a good identifier if other names in the group will crash as well, hold or keep on moving upward. - It will be faster to know, if insti would support it or olats na. My idea is, ok kung susundutin nila, below 1.97. If ako kasi insti, ganun gagawen ko. Plus, the move will be faster either up or down. But I'm no better than the market. Just following what price says. No issues for me if I buy a high price, as long as risk/reward is good and there is a via setup. Edited February 17, 2022 by ichiromiyata98 Quote Link to comment
The Specialist
There is an online trading event this saturday. Magdedefense yung top 10 winners ng trading cup. Harding
that is the beauty of the stock market. different fund manager have their own strategies. maybe they have planned so well that may or may not win at all. that is the reason that not all fund managers are making money and many lost money too. i will prefer to be on the safe side and not too adventorous. 1 Quote Link to comment

All I can say is, people get what they want in the market. The one I mentioned by the way, is a scooping technique. This will only holds true, when the price rises after. If binuhusan, edi distribution/profit taking yun, or maybe end of the move? ganun lang kasimple for me. I don't know if someone has already watched a market maker being interviewed (financial institution fund manager). dun ko narinig yun, plus research and experience overtime. Regarding the "safe side" in the markets. It doesnt exist. Because as long as one individual is invested (have a stock position), your money is always at risk. Anyone could verify this. The only safe side in the markets is by being in cash "no stock position". You dont win some/ you dont loose some. Edited February 17, 2022 by ichiromiyata98 Quote Link to comment
The Specialist
A trader hat vs investor hat: Normally, what people do is trader pag tama at in profit. Pero pag mali, down at ipit, yun investor na sila. One big issue with using this kind of strategy. Is one individual will only cloud his judgement. Should i hold? should I sell? should i buy? should i buy more? Common na yang down sa isang stock, tas ang gagawen. close port, then aasa na aangat din yan in time. Sometimes, tama ito. Papano kung hindi? Pano kung mas bumaba pa sa dati? -(Just want to clarify, I am just laying information in here, since this normally happens, most especially on highly speculative stocks). A big loss, always start small. Lumalaki kasi pinabayaan at hinayaan. Common scenario, open port down 5-6%, after a while down 10, 20% na, down 30 and down 50. So syempre, may bagong rason na naman. Sobrang laki na ng talo. Ang bigat na sa loob makita na wala ng value, ung previous purchase. Ang lalabas na sa bibig, ang hirap na i-cut! laki na ng talo ko e. If you have time, research AR,CAL, PHA, and other names na may naipit. For sure, makikita nyo yung binanggit kong same thought process nila. Huling balita ko, idedelist na yata ung AR. Yung Cal, ilang taon na, ala pren development sa mga ipit dun. isipin mo, pano kung ikaw yung isa sa may hawak nun? edi iyak nalang? My message: It is true, that everyone has an opportunity to make some money on a speculative name. Just know when the music, stop. As always managed your risk. -Remember, hope is not a strategy. Its a cigarette. - Edited February 17, 2022 by ichiromiyata98 Quote Link to comment
Harding
sabi nga nila sa stock market, invest only the amount you are willing to lose. ganyan talaga buhay sa stock market winning and losing but be sure to win more. ako i can afford to lose my investments as long as i gain more from other stocks 1 Quote Link to comment
Harding
something i enjoy in investing is that stock market makes my brain busy. it is also a learning knowledge and experience about the activities of listed companies. we may never know that someday i may copy how they became successful even in a small way. 1 Quote Link to comment

Just following what price says. No issues for me if I buy a high price, as long as risk/reward is good and there is a via setup. So this already happened today. $SPNEC crashed on volume. Feedback: Other names on the group did hold. Now for $SPNEC, Either of the 3 will happen next. 1. Continuous move on the downside. Possibly, regained 20MA, then plummets fast down, or at the open tom crash slowly until sellers were done to sell what they have. 2. Regain the 20MA, then holds, setup. Then rally to upside (then sell off once again). 3. Regain 20MA, then holds, setup, then rally to the upside and break the ATH level (will take some time, lowest probability for now). One thing is for sure. There are a lot of traders wanna be who bought few weeks ago (humabol), who didnt cut their losses. Who are now promoted to being an investor. Guess what, they are now holding a huge loss. The one still in profit is the buyers who bought at IPO day, and some that have a lower average. -Lesson: It is okay to bet, and risk small. This was a probability game after all. But know when you are wrong and you should accept(selling at a loss, the 1st loss is always good than the next). Quote Link to comment
The Specialist
If someone will check or did follow the names dropped on this thread and bought it blindly with the same timing, or maybe bought the following day. Surely, your port is underwater. Meaning, pulahan. Because those names, were trash. It only shows, that the individual doesnt know how to time the market, criteria is poor on choosing a name, has a poor risk management, has not developed emotional control and etc. Beware of the gurus, who knew nothing. But talked to much. Good day! Quote Link to comment

Btw, may site ka ba alam that gives relatively accurate fv ng stocks. Yung subscription ko ang layo. Hahaha, sino si mother? With regards to the options i've provided earlier. It was just a mere different scenarios bro. You will acquire the same knowledge if you'll happen to study the markets and have an experience with different market cycles. Ofcourse, that skillsets is not acquired overnight. It takes time, but the good thing is its learnable. To be honest, I dont have any predetermined bias on any of those options, same goes with any stocks miski hawak ko pa. What I am just merely doing is prepare, prepare, prepare. I hate surprises, when it comes to my trading. And I always try my best to follow where the market is leading me. If the stock is meant to be bought, i buy it. If it is meant to be sold, i sell it. If its acting well, i hold it. Props to MM ofcourse. Regarding the site for FV (Fair value), wala bro. Sorry. I don't use that in my trading. The reality is, no one could predict any stock's FV or what should its price be. The one listed on those sites, was just merely a guide. It may or may not be reached, or sometimes the price will overshoots its FV. So i dont see any intelligent reason, why people should use it. I'll give one example, for my above statement. Let's use $ACEN. Before its rally to 12.92. The fair value was just calculated at 3-4 php. But looked where $ACEN has gone through. It quadrupled that amount isnt it? Clearly, those analysis, and analyst who made the call made a mistake and will be making the same mistake in the years to come. Malamang mabaliw yang mga yan sa kaiisip. For the reason, that no one can predict where the price will be going. At the same time, kung susundin mo yun, instead of listening on the market through it price. Isa lang magiging output. Malamang sisihin mo ung guide/analysis dahil naiwan ka or mali sila. This was very common. If you are an avid reader on this thread, malamang may makita ka na ganyan ginawa. hahaha! peace! Btw, medyo di naman lingid sa akin na pwedeng yung iba siguro nabwiset sa ibang post ko. Or maybe baka nayabangan. It's okay, no harm done for me. I didnt mean to hurt anybody's feelings. I am just telling what i saw, in a very rationale way. Regarding $SPNEC, back read. I posted, an IPO video by juanis. Where he discusses what happens during the IPO cycle. I get it, no one might have the patience to watched it or study it. Or kung merun man miski may isa nanunuod nun. I tell you, lamang yung tao na yun over the others who doesnt knew it. Now, wag magtaka, why people holding with bags of losses. Lalo yung mga humabol, if merun man. No one else to blame in here, but your mere self. Because, the individual didnt made the due diligence on studying how does the IPO moves, and got to emotionally hype that it wont go down. Good eve! Quote Link to comment
