still gatorade i guess....pero yung better ones are ones with more protein content mas bilis daw iabsorb ng body yung water...check the labels...isa pa lang nakita ko merong rpotein content...saw it in landmark trinoma...cant remember the brand though...sori..

Best sports drink...hmm...

 

Before the game:

 

 

Red Bull - You need to jump start it but its so good. 20 pushups will do. Better if you can run for like a minute or take a long walk. Lasts long. The more work the better it gets. It will keep you pumped for like 4 hours or more. No headaches afterwards.

 

 

Drawback: You'll feel more weak if you don't jump start it.

 

May give you a hard time sleeping if you had other drinks with caffeine.

Extra Joss - according to my friend doctor, its instant vitamin C. Pumps you up when its chilled.

 

Draw back: The effect is instant but does not last that long. Max 2 hours
