When we play back then for Palarong Pambansa we usually

 

add dextrose powder to the water. Un ang energy booster

 

namin.

 

When it happened naman na sobrang pagod na sa laro like

 

playing 10 sets of volleyball in one day at ayaw

 

na kong labasan ng pawis kahit marami na kong tubig na nainom

 

I go for Sprite para pag pawisan uli.

 

Gatorade makes you thirsty sa court.

 

Advise lang pag uminom ka ng tubig and the game is going

 

on, wag masyadong marami kasi it makes your stomach full at

 

minsan mahirap gumalaw.
