Hmmm. I think you'll need a tape deck with an A/D (analog to digital )converter hooked up to a computer plus the software to convert the digital conversion to mp3. I don't specifically know what software or hardware to use or where available. However, there is a stall in Ali Mall called Disco Stereo that converts analog media to digital for a fee. If you're referring to the same song previously asked on this thread, the correct title is "So Far Away From Home" and not "On My Own Again" (have to correct myself on this ).
