It's the band Charlie Ysmael (better known as Charlie Y, erstwhile lead singer of The Breed) and Archie D. had during the 80's. Couldn't find any of their songs in various OPM compilations presently available in record bars. Two of their hits were When Will You Be Mine? and Maybe I Should Forget You (this was revived by Louie Heredia a couple of years back).
