Pag hihingi ka ng receipts sasabihin nila naubos na. Dati kumakain ako don pero ngayon hindi ko na patronize ang BURGER MACHINE kc nga malamang TAX EVADER ito...PAGING BIR PEEPS FROM QC, PLS INVESTIGATE BURGER MACHINE ( near SM Fairviev, Delacosa branch ) :evil: agree ako dyan, James Richard, wag lng SM Fairview branch ang imbestigahan, lahat ng branch, normal practice na ng BURGER MACHINE yan, ano pa silbi ng pinapa-post ng BIR sa business establishment na NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC na may nakalagay don na P25 above dapat may resibo? baka nga i-TAX MAP mo BURGER MACHINE wala kang makitang resibo, libro, di bayad 0605, magkano na penalty non, P25,000 sa resibo, P1000 sa libro, P1000 sa 0605, P1000 sa walang daily entry of record sa libro kasi walang libro, total of P28,000 (baka maliit pa tong estimate ko) sabihin mo may 100 branches sila, e di P2,800,000 ang mapupunta sa govt dahil lang sa penalty BAKA BIR ANG MAYARI? jackbrng Posted August 7, 2006 Share Posted August 7, 2006 ei guys one quick question pow.... kasi i'm working on a callcenter for almost 2yrs now and ngayon ko lng nlaman na wala pala akong TIN no., kala ko kasi meron na kasi nag fillup me ng paper sa kanila.... anyways, ask ko lng kung pede ba yun na sabi nila binabayad daw nila yung taxes sa akin kahit wala akong TIN kasi daw nasa pangalan ko daw yun or nakasama daw sa pag file nila ng company taxes daw ?? and one more thing, nung last passing ng taxes, binigyan nila ako ng ITR pero walang TIN... pede ba yun?? hope may sumagot and thanks pow..... :cool: pwede yon, basta may kopya ka ng ITR with attached 2316 (Certificate of Withholding Tax), bale tax mo sa yo pa rin papasok yon kahit walang TIN, yung name mo ang gagawin basis, mas maganda kumuha ka na ng TIN madali lang naman, punta ka sa BIR kung saan ang registered address mo, dala ka ng birth certificate, marriage certificate kung may asawa ka, at birth certificate ng anak mo kung may anak ka na, fill-up ka ng form, submit mo sa BIR, antay ka 1 week, may number ka na, kung gusto mo mabilisan, bigyan mo clerk sa BIR sa registration P200.00, same day may number ka na, Quote Link to comment

Is there a link or site I could browse where I could view the "graduated tax rate" and zonal values of properties in the QC areaspecifically those along West Ave? jackbrng Posted August 7, 2006 Share Posted August 7, 2006 Hi! just wanna ask lang, hinihingi ba ng BIR ang leasing certificate? what if hindi pa nakakahanap ng pwesto or hindi pa sya natatayo? hope you guys can help me with this... tnx kung nangungupahan ka lang, dapat may pwesto ka na bago ka parehistro sa BIR kasi tatanungin ka kung saan pwesto mo, tapost tatanungin ka kung nangungupahan ka kasi kung nangungupahan ka lalagyan sa Tax Type mo sa Certificate of Registration na Withholding Tax expanded, withholding tax ito sa lessor, bale ang lesse ang magkakaltas sa upang ibabayad nya kay lessor, so kailangan may contract of lease ka pag rehistro sa BIR. kung di pa natatayo, pero sa yo yung lugar, di ka rin makakarehistro BIR (pwera na lang kung may kilala ka sa loob), kasi isa sa requirements pa rehistro BIR ay Mayors Permit, requirements sa Mayors Permit ay Certificate of Occupancy, requirements sa Certificate of Occupancy ay dapat may building na o gawa na yung building at na-inspect na ng mga engineer ng city hall at approbado nila, so pag walang building walang rehistro sa BIR Quote Link to comment

jackbrng Posted October 20, 2006 Share Posted October 20, 2006 just a quick question for those who are into the loop of BIR stuff... when is the cut off for the Q3 and Q4 submission of ITR for the year? thanks. hello in style, ako nakausap mo before regarding bookkeepping yung taga novaliches, deadline ng 3Q ITR for single proprietor like you is 45 days following the end of the quarter or sa November 15, kasi end ng 3rd quarter is September 30, for the 4Q, walang filing ng 4Q kasi ang next filing ng ITR ay sa April 15 next year na para sa Annual ITR representing your income for the whole year of 2006 pero ang babayaran mo sa annual ITR, kung meron, ay kung magkano babayaran mo for the 4Q kasi yung whole year income tax mo ay babawasan ng payment mo ng previous 3 quarters kung may question ka pa sa regarding tax, post ka lang dito, help kita, hehehe Quote Link to comment
