azayco
caltex silver. improve mileage for me. Shifted from Shell Super unleaded to Caltex silver and my mileage dipped. I now use Caltex Gold. If my mileage does not improve, I'll go back to Shell. Quote Link to comment
travelling boy
Petron Unleaded. Pero shifted to Sea Oil E10 unleaded, mura kasi eh Quote Link to comment
timberprimerib
I would think lower octane fuels will be more fuel efficient simply because it is not as combustible as higher octane ones like V power...(95 or 96 octane). But might only be true to smaller cars since bigger cars would need more power so power to weight ratio may come in. Many cars in the US use 87 octane while most of our stations here use 91(e.. Extra or Silver). might be a government rule.Theoretically octane may play a factor in your consumption. But then again I might be wrong.... Quote Link to comment
