jason5678
The richest source of vitamin E is wheat germ. Other foods that contain a significant amount of vitamin E include liver, eggs, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts); sunflower seeds; corn-oil margarine; mayonnaise; cold-pressed vegetable oils, including olive, corn, safflower, soybean, cottonseed, and canola; dark green leafy vegetables like spinach and kale; greens (beet, collard, mustard, turnip) sweet potatoes; avocado, asparagus and yams. noah
may tanong ako...anu ang dulot ng CRANBERRY at GLUCOSAMINE sa katawan?meron bng right age para uminom nito?kelangan ba prescribed ng doktor? Cranberry helps with urinary health/tract infection, contains Vitamin C and E (antioxidants)...Mostly women take this due to their higher chance of getting UTI, however, some men do take it too...I drink ALOT of cranberry juice though... Glucosamine promotes joint health. It acts as a (bone) joint lubricant, nourishes cartilage and promotes mobility and flexibility of the joints. Best/mostly recommended for older folks...BUT, i have taken this a few months ago when i experienced inflammation of my elbow joints (due to overworking out) and it worked...I only take this when i feel pain in my elbow joints... In most cases, Dr.'s prescription is not needed...OTC drugs/supplements lang to...noah Quote Link to comment
