i didn't look for any part-time job naman nung college pero nag-offer yung professor ko when i was in my sophomore year. di na kasi nya maasikaso yung part-time nya sa faculty union as bookkeeper (i took up Accountancy) so ayun kumita ako ng mga P35/hr, flexi time hehehe. tas gagawin ko kahit wala na minsan ginagawa nagpapanggap na meron pero magbabasa lang ako Harry Potter book :P hanggang sa nagtapos ako, nagrereport ako dyan. and then in my junior year nakapag work ako nung summer sa isang government agency, may allowance kami P150/day hehe pero pamasahe't pangkain ko lang nga yun. Ok lang kasi it served as my OJT eh. lastly in my senior year i worked as audit staff for one of my professors who has a private auditing firm. 2 projects lang, saglit lang and i was paid around P30/hr pero nagpapakain naman sya minsan kaya solb solb din, tas masaya kasi kasama ko barkada ko dun hehehe.

unang sweldo ko dun sa bookkeeping job, lumafang ako sa Wendy's :D

I was a working student since 2nd year highschool. After class, I'd run to the nearest tutorial center to clean their place, throw garbage, mop the floor. In college, I worked as a teacher-assistant to a preschool near my dormitory. Summers were a lot fun coz I got to teach swimming lessons to kids. :)

many people don't know this, pero nagpapasada ako ng jeepney ng lola ko sa mga summer months for gimmick money when i was back in college :thumbsupsmiley: was earning 200-350 a day back then, then gave my grandmother the boundary at the end of the month, she gave it back :D

During my late high school days I'm accepting typing jobs from my classmates (kaunti pa lang ang MS Word literate nung time na yun). Three of my teachers want projects passed onto them computerized and not just that, they want specific formats (and dahilan kung bakit yung mga hindi bihasa sa Word na mga kaklase ko nagpa-type din sa 'kin).

In college, I sold car stickers with the logo of your fav school. also, I used to sell tee shirts with designs using the old method of imprinting on t-shirts, the silkscreen process. I had a regular clientele. I used the extra shirts as goodwill presents for my professors and other school workers. Profit was just enough for gas money and some food on the table.
