ROTC/ CAT - I

Noong naging flag-bearer kami ng isa kong friend then umayaw ako sa model platoon, so they have to scramble to get a replacement for me, then ginipit ang grades ko, malapit na graduation wala pa din akong grades sa CAT, akala ko din ako makaka-graduate ng dahil lang doon....

inupakan namin sa labas yung rotc officer na taga kabilang school....

May mga nagsit-in sa Flight (halata na kung saan ako nag-High school) namin. Tapos nung pinamartsa kami, napansin nung Adjutant na andami namin. Kinausap niya ang Sarge namin.

 

Adjutant: Ano 'to?

Sarge: Flight!

 

Yon na eh. Naburat talaga, pina-push-ups kami. Kawawa 'yung sarge, 100++ yata pinagawa sa kaniya! Haha.

Just being part of the competing units during my CAT in Don Bosco Makati and ROTC in UP Diliman stints was quite something. Masarap na mahirap ang magcompete. Just the amount of time and effort put in is quite incredible but its all worth it when you win.

my unforgettable experience when we visited villamor airbase and

nag guest kami sa graduation ng mga airforce, then visited the barracks.

cat 1- d most memorable thing in my life, i was an officer then, but when i was a cadet.. its like i joined a fraternity..

nung h.s. pmt i was a cadet officer... i reached corps S-2 lieutenant colonel...

nung college rotc i was the Cadet Master Sergeant, Military Police platoon leader... hindi na ako nag officer nung Rotc for the ff. reasons:

1.) I personally saw the corruption of some Rotc officers...

2.) Daming responsibilities, saka alam ko di ako magiging masaya coz of the corruption.

3.) Yung mga cadete & officers pag Sunday from 8am-12noon nakabilad sa araw, kaming mga MP nakalilim lang, nagbabantay sa gate at nagpapa-push-up ng late na cadete... hahahaha.... :thumbsupsmiley:
