I have worked with the government LGU for 3 years and as per experience, as long as hindi kikita ang mga naka-upo, hindi sila mag-a-adopt.

They will buy closed-sourced software kasi me kickback sila ng 10% para sa executive and 5% for the boys.

Just my opinion.

(violent reactions?)

mas madaling isetup ang security sa ubuntu kesa sa Vista.....supposedly ang "admin" dapat administrator level priviledges....tapos kinukulit ka pa ng Vista to verify with M$ if the security software is valid.....ano ba yan...

o yeah...just got a hold of a assembly-based proof of concept adaptive virus that will supposedly hit the core kernel of linux and only linux...matesting nga sa ubuntu.
