Learn what you can during OJT. Kahit taga timpla ng kape...it will teach you humility.

True.

Another thing is yung concept na you will do something outside sa scope of work mo. What more if the project requires you to do multiple shifts just to finish something. Or an ongoing P1 na walang uwian.

Ang madalas na line is "This is not what I signed up for". Lol! Di pa nila alam lalo na kapag nasa Research & Development team ka, wala kang matinong uwi at tulog. Samin dati or kahit kanino naman madalas kelangan mag magic, pag tinopak yung boss mo or kinailangan dahil sa business, yung project na 6 months initial timeline kelangan magawa mo within a month.

Nope it's not power tripping. Like I said "First two weeks". Those students realized kung anong gusto kong i-impart sa kanila and they thanked me for that and guess what? some of them are currently working as professionals in our company and also leading their respective groups, meaning we absorbed them and I was the one who made the recommendation.

They treat their colleague, subordinates as equals and with respect, hindi katulad nung mga unang araw nila sa OJT na ang tingin nila sa kapwa intern nila ay mas mababa just because they are studying sa isang hindi ganon ka-kilalang College in Bulacan,

You need not to bother in my way of training Interns, you will not understand it anyway.
