I want me and my future husband to have time for them and be able to give them what they need -- of course, I don't wanna spoil them but I don't want to have to say "no, we can't afford that" when it comes to their college education, sports involvement or to some school trips (especially out of the country trips). So i hope we have a popoulation controll... this is the best thing so far... 1-2 for those who are somhow short in Finacing the basic needs of a child. 2-3 for those moderarely can afford... 4-above if your one of the tycoons in the country...
