A more efficient law to control noise pollution. Wherein residential areas should always observe silence. No fuckin roosters, Videoke (no more than 100db and no outrageous bass), Loud Mufflers, Ruckus, and whatever noise that can disturb neighbors. In this age, not all people are awake in the AM, there are at least 30% of the working population that works at night. We have a vague law about this right now; this needs to be ammended and implemented efficiently.

One of the biggest examples is the Supreme Court decision affirming the Court  of Appeals ruling that the Marcos Estate has  to pay P 203 B on estate taxes. This was handed down on 29 November 1994 with finality.

Sa australia ganito ang qualification for office. Dto, pag ipapatupad natin ito, need to change the current charter of our country. Ganda sana na may ganitong law sa atin.

As far as I know the one fully settled is the non-payment of income tax. Income tax is not synonymous to estate tax.

Problematic ito.  Kung ikaw tatakbo sa election at gusto kong ma-disqualify ka, I can just file for any case against you at the minimum.  Never mind kung madismiss later.

qualifications for running as a public official, specially as a Congressman / Governor / Senator, VP and Pres.

- graduate at least a course relatable to Politics

- at least served 5-10 years as a municipal/regional public servant i.e. Mayor, Vice Mayor

- no outstanding criminal liabilities (kaso siguradong aabusuhin to, knowing how well dirty politics dito saten)
