Edmund Dantes
A law to prevent people behind bars or have any pending cases to run for a public position. Satin yung mga nakakasuhan na ng plunder me gana pa tumakbo for presidents Increase educational qualification of presidentiables.
Edmund Dantes
Me number assignment pa yan.

Absolutely agree. But like Edmund, I think the educational qualifications should not be limited to presidentiables but to senators and congressmen. Quote Link to comment

Problem is it seems the COMELEC is helpless in enforcing these rules. The only logical thing COMELEC can do is tear down the posters of candidates (which they did in the past) who violate COMELEC rules. It cannot penalize candidates who violate these rules simply because the candidates will claim that their rivals were the ones who placed the posters in unauthorized areas. Investigating this and getting down to the bottom of these claims is just too tedious and time consuming. COMELEC simply doesn't have the resources to investigate violations of COMELEC rules. Bugatti Veyron
The usual system of turning over juveniles accused of heinous crimes to the Department of Social Welfare and Development needs to stop. Juveniles who k*ll in cold blood need to be tried as adults as they are over in the United States. Right now, the government is treating these juveniles with kid gloves. It's about time the gloves come off. Quote Link to comment

Little John
Lower VAT from 12% to 8% Change the tax brackets and make it 20% (instead of 32%) as the highest rate for income earners. I think the amount tax i'm paying is not commensurate to the quality of government we have Edited July 10, 2015 by Little John Quote Link to comment
