As simple as jay walking, tapon ng basura sa baurahan. mga ganito palang hindi na na itutupad eh.

Put appropriate qualifications for candidates as well as voters.

Example:
- Candidates for Senate and Congress should only be for degree holders of Political Science or those with doctorate degree.
- Voters who did not complete secondary education should not be allowed to vote for national positions.  They should only be allowed to municipal and barangay elections.

I propose to outsource the governance of Pinas to a private group like Ayala, MVP, SMC. At least ang for profit orgs they take care of their business interests and grow it, eh yung govt institutions wala na ngang standards dugyot pa mga ugali. Kubra lang ng kubra.

Enhanced voter registration law. May licensing exams at renewal dapat every year. Di dapat makakaboto ang hindi papasa!

This is a good idea but so many cons with our current system here in the Philippines.

1. Who will regulate the licensure exam? With the overall integrity of the Government as a whole hahaha individuals, entities will try to takeover this branch - they can actually manipulate the number of voters based on their preferences of political sides.

2. Let’s say we have a governing entity which is trusted and has integrity, the problem now would be the quality of examinees. The uneducated. This will raise anti-poor concerns.

Again, we will always come back to our main problem here in the Philippines - EDUCATION.

Ung systema ng pinas mismo problema. Not only education. Dapat tlga may seminar sa pgboto. Kung ano dapat ang standard sa mga dapat iboto. Transparency sa lahat ng policticians

I get your point brother, but Education has a ripple effect. If all are educated, good government system, culture, and everything will follow.
