Big Joe
i've been a globe handyphone user for 10 years now, so far no problems. In fact I will be applying for their loyalty program again this year para may high-end phone nanaman ako :thumbsupsmiley: anyway, I use SmartBro as my internet provider here at home (which I don't have an issue with btw, except for slow speed as expected). I'm planning to get Globe's 1Mbps wired service with phone line. So far based on previous posts, their experience has not been that good. Any feedback for Globe DSL users here in Cainta? Hope I can get some feedback before I apply for one this week Edited June 22, 2008 by Big Joe Quote Link to comment
geneticfreak
sa unlitxt service nila this has happened to me a couple of times already. i register sa unlitxt80 and i have 20 na extra load (to keep availing the unlitxt80 for 5 days). the very next day it says my unlitxt80 service has already expired. i mean wtf?! i jst registered yesterday hindi din naman nagagalaw yung 20 ko na extra load coz i make sure i don't use my globe number to text other networks. tsk. sayang ang 80 pesos ko! laruku

darkwish77
globelines broadband sucks. frequent disconnection. my connection was down for more than a week, called them 2x a day to follow up, no feedback so decided to permenently disconnect it. I applied again (since this is the only one available in our area) and it was faster than waiting for them to call and fix my connection. still frequent disconnection due to them using proxy server. Duckie4120
Globe broadband and phone line subscriber from Makati. So far so good except for the strange fact that most of the time it won't access yahoo home page. To get mail, i have to type in yahoo on the google search page and then go to mail from there. Anybody from Globe experience the same problem? Quote Link to comment

azayco
For Globe postpaid subscribers who want to pre-terminate their contracts without paying the termination penalty, this will give you some hope. This is under California law though. Early termination fees illegal Quote Link to comment
