i've been a globe handyphone user for 10 years now, so far no problems. In fact I will be applying for their loyalty program again this year para may high-end phone nanaman ako :thumbsupsmiley:

 

anyway, I use SmartBro as my internet provider here at home (which I don't have an issue with btw, except for slow speed as expected). I'm planning to get Globe's 1Mbps wired service with phone line. So far based on previous posts, their experience has not been that good. Any feedback for Globe DSL users here in Cainta? Hope I can get some feedback before I apply for one this week

 

 

sir i used to have 768 kbps DSL by Globelines, lets just say i always call their hotline twice a week because of slow connection

don't be fooled by what their agents say here in Cainta

 

BTW i switched to PLDT DSL

I use globelines sa office... really good service..yung sa bahay namin ang medyo erratic... but satisifed naman ako with their service

GLOBE DSL!!! Sucks... almost a month already we still have no internet connection. From the day our connection was lost we already called there customer service support everyday, but until now no action was taken.

sa akin ang cons ay simulat sapul na nagkaroon kami nang service sa globe eh hindi kami nabigyan nang bill... sa kung anong dahilan hindi ko alam hanggang sa naputol na internet

 

ang pros naman ay.. mabilis ang internet ulit wala akong masabi yun nga lang putol na ngayon kaya lang landline namin gumagana pa rin.. hahahahahha..

 

now thats what you call customer service.. double jeopardy.. hahahahhaha

Application for a 3mbps connection took us more than 2 months. mejo matagal. hehehe pero connection is good,meter ng DL pumapalo ng 5mbps and UL was 500kbps Pasig Area here

globelines broadband sucks. frequent disconnection. my connection was down for more than a week, called them 2x a day to follow up, no feedback so decided to permenently disconnect it. I applied again (since this is the only one available in our area) and it was faster than waiting for them to call and fix my connection. still frequent disconnection due to them using proxy server.

Globe broadband and phone line subscriber from Makati. So far so good except for the strange fact that most of the time it won't access yahoo home page. To get mail, i have to type in yahoo on the google search page and then go to mail from there. Anybody from Globe experience the same problem?

For Globe postpaid subscribers who want to pre-terminate their contracts without paying the termination penalty, this will give you some hope. This is under California law though.

Been using Globe Visibility for almost 2 years now ... some months ago the service was rather slow (300kbps donload only) but for several weeks now its been rather good. Also use 2 Globe handyphones ... one since 1997. No complaints really.

Its very hard to call talk & text subscriber using 0907 prefix. The system always says that the number is incorrect. But when using Sun phone it gets through immediately. I called their customer service hotline and I was told to complain to Smart instead since it is their number that I cannot call. Stupid customer care agent, she might have forgotten that I am a Globe subscriber and that she has to call the attention of Smart since I am paying my dues to Globe and not to Smart.
