iniintay ko nalang matapos yung lock-in ng visibility para matapon ko na yung walang kwentang service ng globe at lilipat nalang ako ng smart.

 

buti wala na akong globe post paid na line. masakit talaga sa ulo yung walang kwentang company na to

blog yan ng isang customer. nabasa ko lang. globelines 10 days ako pinahirapan. wala kaming dsl. puro pangako na maayos. ang naka ayos lineman din ng globe na nkita kong nagkakabit ng telepono samin. inalok ko ng pang meryenda para tingnan yung dsl cabinet. in 30 mins balik connection namin. pina tagal pa ng globe ng 10 days. araw araw kami tumatawag puro pangako lang sinasabi nila! globe sucks!

^^Parang nakita ko yang blog entry na yan sa pex ren. Hehehe Kaya ayaw ko ren lumipat sa Pasig at baka Globe lang ang lasr resort ko pagdating sa inet connection. Sayang naman kung hassle pa yung gagawin nila.

Pag nagtxt sya sa akin di ko mareceived and if I texted her using my

China Unicom sim di rin nya mareceived pag sinuwerte tanggap nya

kinabukasan. So said to here na bili ng Sun and try namin. Yung sending

and receiving mabilis on time. And I don't kow yung reason kung bakit?

Tinitira ng Globe yung Sun na pangit daw yung coverage. Yung reason

ng sun maiinitindihan ko kasi bago sila at congested line nila dahil dun

sa unlimited nila kaya madami nagamit. Eh yung kanila ano excuse nila?

Damn Globe di mo alam kung sinasadya. Sana may Globe rep dito

para makita nila yung sentiments ng tao and to improved theirs services.

sheesh.. I can related. this happened to me twice, although with the 100 load. pagkaload ko ay dagsaan ang advertisement and whatnot. after an hour wala na.. bye bye load

 

since then I've switched to smart

i've been a globe handyphone user for 10 years now, so far no problems. In fact I will be applying for their loyalty program again this year para may high-end phone nanaman ako :thumbsupsmiley:

 

anyway, I use SmartBro as my internet provider here at home (which I don't have an issue with btw, except for slow speed as expected). I'm planning to get Globe's 1Mbps wired service with phone line. So far based on previous posts, their experience has not been that good. Any feedback for Globe DSL users here in Cainta? Hope I can get some feedback before I apply for one this week

sa unlitxt service nila this has happened to me a couple of times already.

 

i register sa unlitxt80 and i have 20 na extra load (to keep availing the unlitxt80 for 5 days).

 

the very next day it says my unlitxt80 service has already expired. i mean wtf?! i jst registered yesterday

 

hindi din naman nagagalaw yung 20 ko na extra load coz i make sure i don't use my globe number to text other networks. tsk. sayang ang 80 pesos ko!

sir i used to have 768 kbps DSL by Globelines, lets just say i always call their hotline twice a week because of slow connection

don't be fooled by what their agents say here in Cainta

GLOBE DSL!!! Sucks... almost a month already we still have no internet connection. From the day our connection was lost we already called there customer service support everyday, but until now no action was taken.

siguro nga may pros and cons

 

sa akin ang cons ay simulat sapul na nagkaroon kami nang service sa globe eh hindi kami nabigyan nang bill... sa kung anong dahilan hindi ko alam hanggang sa naputol na internet

 

ang pros naman ay.. mabilis ang internet ulit wala akong masabi yun nga lang putol na ngayon kaya lang landline namin gumagana pa rin.. hahahahahha..

 

now thats what you call customer service.. double jeopardy.. hahahahhaha

Application for a 3mbps connection took us more than 2 months. mejo matagal. hehehe pero connection is good,meter ng DL pumapalo ng 5mbps and UL was 500kbps Pasig Area here

globelines broadband sucks. frequent disconnection. my connection was down for more than a week, called them 2x a day to follow up, no feedback so decided to permenently disconnect it. I applied again (since this is the only one available in our area) and it was faster than waiting for them to call and fix my connection. still frequent disconnection due to them using proxy server.
