additional complaint. sobrang hina na ng hotline nila simula noong nagpandemic. hindi na gaya dati na halos 24/7. kahit nagluluwag na sa mga protocol ay sobrang limitado pa rin yung working hours ng customer support nila. bukod pa sa automated na lang ang sumasagot sa halos kahit anong issue.

Globe has been my provider since 2004.  Service is just right.  I think same din naman with other providers.  So why bother moving to another
