TheGeneral Posted February 4, 2005 Share Posted February 4, 2005 did you know that San Mig Light contains a small amount of formalin to preserve the flavor for a longer time in lieu of the amber bottle? Pale Pilsen has better protection from sunlight exposure since it's housed in an amber bottle while San Mig Light is in a clear bottle...which can be exposed more to the harmful rays of the sun during transport and stacking. they needed to add a preservative to protect the flavor of San Mig Light... i don't intend to discredit San Mig Light and its patrons... but I got this info from my friends who have positions in San Miguel Corporation... it's your choice. :cool: Quote Link to comment
