DorkVader Posted July 7 Share Posted July 7 Wala lang.  We look down on balikbayans who act as if they’re above everyone else.  Tapos malalaman mo minimum wage pala.  My girlfriend then had an elderly Balikbayan neighbor who never fails to harp about how comfortable her life was.  We saw her at the ala moana, makai food court (Honolulu) clearing tables.  Nakaka awa itsura.  At her age she should be as she claimed to be.  I kept that info to myself.
