Kenji,There is no medical evidence that associates sleeping with a windy electric fan causing gas in the stomach. Moreso, there is no evidence linking either of them to the development of diarrhea. As to what caused your loose stools, we might never know. It will most probably resolve within the day. wizard23 Posted January 1, 2010 Share Posted January 1, 2010 hello. happy new year to all mtc docs. maybe i should consult you with a minor problem. i think i gained 10lbs this month alone. so i'm now overweight. i now weigh 220lbs. height is 5'9". i have been jogging every other day for 30mins to 1 hr to compensate for the the food i've been eating this holiday season but i find myself gaining weight more. i remember orlistat xenical which can now be freely purchased at mercury without any prescription. is it safe to use? how often should i take it, how many should i buy and for how long before i can see its effect in my body? i'm kinda desperate to lose weight and trim down to 185lbs! hehe. tnx for the advice! Orlistat is relatively safe because it is not absorbed into the body. So there is no expected adverse reaction from the drug. Its effect is to prevent majority of fats from being absorbed in the intestinal walls into the body. The net effect is a reduction of your fat intake which lead to its major drawback. The more fats you try to eat, the more fats you wtend to soil in your underwear. Sometimes the amount of fat that uncontrollable comes out from you necessitates the use of a diaper to prevent soiling of your pants. I think you are doing the right job wizard. Continue the exercise, soon enough you will notice a quantifiable reduction in your weight. Quote Link to comment

She's expecting to have her period between that day up to tomorrow (Jan 13th). I trust her since alam ko noted nya ang days nya. And we already did it before (usually after the period). Kaso, until now hindi pa sya dinadatnan. I am worried since marami rami din ako nailabas with 1 month of not seeing each other. 2 questions:1) How high is the chance of fertilization if we did it just before her expected timeline for the period?2) Would you know any pamparegla na safe, and how to use them? Thanks IMHO, all you can do is wait and pray! Pray mo na delayed lang ang mense nya, na-ddelay din naman yun pagdating ng mense.If after a month and still no period then you can do a pregnancy test. I doubt if any of the doctors here at MTC will give you a prescription for "pamparegla". and as usual it is better to be safe than sorry so next time use a condom !
