Clark Cant
With Compubox punch stats, why can't we do away with judges? Biased, prone-to-error, or downright corrupt judging can be avoided. Wasn't it programmed to settle judging controversies in the first place? The odds that win big money in betting/gambling has once again tarnished the sport. Quote Link to comment
JFK
Questionable win by Horn but not his fault either. Questionable not only by Compu Box scores but also with that 117-111 score of one of the judges which is totally outrageous. Read comments of Kevin Lole, Dan Rafael and Teddy Atlas. Also surprising is the comment of Stephen A. Smith. Quote Link to comment

Gringo*
In fairness to Pacman.. sya nmn tlga ang panalo even mga magagaling na analyst and even live score card ya ang panalo.. I agree na hindi na sya katulad ng dati but I think he just do the right box to win that fight. Natatawa na lang ako sa nagsasabi na pinapain na si Pacman para sumikat ang mga batang boxer tulad nag ginawa sa kanya ng boxing... Respect to Manny naman mga tol.. Puro knockout yung mga Legends na tinalo nya (Barrera, Marquez, Diaz, Hatton, Dela Hoya) and he won convincingly.. di katulad nito.. Pacquiao parin ang People's Champ ng Boxing Kudos to Pacman Quote Link to comment
RED2018
Since time immemorial, there were great champions who did not accept that they have had it.... Muhammad Ali, Roberto Duran, Sugar Ray Leonard, Larry Holmes, Eric Morales, et. al. And now comes Manny...please retire. Even if you leave your Senatorial chores, you obviously have had it... 2 Quote Link to comment

RED2018
We agree with Pacquiao’s wife Jinky when she said she would not want her husband to fight again. The same sentiment was expressed by his long-time trainer Freddie Roach, who is familiar with what his protégé can do and not do. Pacquiao better quit and enjoy his billions even as the Bureau of Internal Revenue has been chasing him for more than P1 billion in alleged tax deficiencies. It was not a good idea in the first place for the boxer to have exploited his popularity to win a key national position (if not the presidency, because he did not meet the minimum age requirement, a Senate seat na lang muna). On top of his problem of lacking preparation for the duties of a legislator, Pacquiao also has to train for his boxing bouts. He may have piled up millions from both preoccupations, but there is a limit to what money can buy. 2 Quote Link to comment
RED2018
If he continues this up, I’m seeing the honorable senator becoming a “stepping stone” for younger boxers. To borrow from professional wrestling parlance, a lot of young’uns will go over him – akin to his defeat of Oscar Dela Hoya years ago. Quote Link to comment
bughaw1
Pacquiao should retire but he won't. He has this delusion that he can be this country's president one day. He would likely stretch his fighting career until 2021 to stay relevant and run for election for the vice presidency. Quote Link to comment
