Marami pa naman ibang pagkakataon para maging congressman, and Im sure that majority of the people would rather see him on the ring, than in congress. Pero the opportunity to rewrite history is given to only a few selected people. It would be blasphemy to pass on the opportunity para lang sa maduming mundo ng pulitika. Isa pa sa ngayon, lahat tingin kay pacquiao, pinakamagaling na pinoy sa buong mundo, pag tumakbo siya, pupunahin lang ng tao yung barok barok nyang english. And he can't train while he is distracted with many other things. i think to plano ni gayweather. hindi basta basta naiinjured ang isang gayweather, kung magkakataon na kakandidato si manny next year at dun matapat sa march-april ang laban malaki advantage ni gayweather, plus kung halimbawa na maagaw ni pacman ang belt ni cotto, sure na ang welterweight belt paglalaban n gayweather at pacman. so malaki angadvantage ni gayweather. kung titingnan natin, nagkasa sya ng pagbabalik boksing 6hours bago ang hatton vs pacquiao, para makaiwas sa hamon ni pacman, tapos ngaun na naikasa na ang laban nila ni jmm, wala syang gagawin kundi maidelay ang laban. hindi naman tanga si gayweather, im sure either may nagbabasa sa current event sa pinas mula sa kampo nya. and he can take advantage on manny for the next year. sana hindi ot. sinabi ni clottey na nainjured ang paa nya kaya sya dinomina ni cotto sa 12th round, pero kitang kita ang galaw nya nun na nagawa pa nyang tumalon. kung sa ibabaw ng lona nagagawa nila na umarte na nainjured pano pa kaya sa lugar na hindi nababantayan ng camera, some boxing expert eh nag iisip sa kampo ni gayweather. Walang kakwenta kwenta talaga ang heavyweight division ngayon. No wonder its almost been a decade since a main heavyweight event was held in vegas. The Klitschko bros are over rated. Yeah sure they are good, but thats only because there isn't much competition in that division anyway. After Lennox and Tyson retired talagang naging boring na ang heavyweight fights. Now its just a couple of over grown guys who have mediocre fighting skills. Im afraid that the light heavyweight division is also starting to deteriorate. With Tarver, Hopkins, and Jones Jr. all leading towards retirement. Chad dawson could not even sell 2500 tickets. Quote Link to comment

We have 3 or 4 boxing champions, pero si manny lang ang sikat even if he does not hold a belt. Nietes is in a division nobody would want to fight in and watch for, with his age. Same thing for gerry, he is a good fighter but just not pound for pound material. Boom boom bautista Im afraid is hangang continental championship lang. The good thing about manny is he took on the best in the featherweight divisions (barrera, morales, and marquez), plus he also was never afraid to take on other guys in other divisions. He smoked de la hoya, and he wasted hatton. He flies from one division to the other whackin out guys everytime. That is the luck guys like nietes, and penalosa could never have. But donaire looks really promising, since he took care of Darchinyan. Tingin ko me igagaling pa ito. The thing is, back in the days nobody would pay to see smaller guys fight. The money and recognition was always in the heavyweight division. Back then being heavyweight world champion actually was the greatest sports title. Now its just a joke, when you have guys like chagaev who is the joke champion of the WBA, and the Klitschko brothers who wont fight each other, WTF? Sadly, the world may not see how good wladimir klitschko is, since he never really fights a worthy challenger. I fell asleep (and I meant that litterally) in the Klitschko Rahman fight. Wala ng tatalo kay Wladimir Klitschko sa boxing maliban siguro sa kapatid niyang si Vitali Klitschko. Hindi naman nila kasalanan na wala silang ka match pero malas nila wala masyadong pera. Chagaev is ranked no 3 by ring magazine, he has solid credential and rich amateur background, he is a worthy challenger but was just too small and no match for Wlad. Yes, even as I am a diehard Pacman fan. Why? To scale the highest peak that no other boxer has done before. 6 world titles in 6 weight divisions! From flyweight to welterweight! Pacman can take this guy. He's slow (now, after the Margarito fight, he has lost something). Purse split at 65-35 or 60-40. Nothing less. i heard kahit 144 or 145 nakataya parin yun belt ni cotto kaya kung manalo si DIONESIA cia ang KAUNA UNAHANG BOXER SA MUNDO NA MERON 7 WORLD TITLES IN 7 DIFFERENT DIVISION and kahit si FR mas gusto ang 145 for Manny...and sa hatian 65-35 or 60-40 favor for the WORLD'S BEST POUND FOR POUND KING DIONESIA PACQUIAO!
