Eddy Syet
sa tingin ko hindi pa kakayanin ni pacman ngayon si golden boy hehehe! right! but it's a win-win situation for PacMan. First, he's going to receive one of the biggest if not the biggest paycheck in his career. Second, if DelaHoya wins, PacMan has all the excuses in the world why he didn't win: DelaHoya's more comfortable in that weight division, DelaHoya is DelaHoya, etc. Third, if PacMan loses, his integrity is still intact - his camp can always brag about PacMan not backing down from ANY opponent even from someone waaayy heavier than him. Fourth, if PacMan wins, man I can't even imagine the impact of this scenario! Bliss! Edited July 23, 2008 by Legionnaire Quote Link to comment
hardtohandle
Sure na ba yung Pacman-De la Hoya? Quote Link to comment
dropdead
sa tingin ko match talaga pacquiao and marquez, mas maganda kung may 3rd fight para magkaalaman na talaga Quote Link to comment
ixnay
sa tingin ko match talaga pacquiao and marquez, mas maganda kung may 3rd fight para magkaalaman na talaga JMM has to win against casamayor 1st to earn a 3rd bout with manny. Quote Link to comment
Brownman
Hoping he goes after the aging Golden Boy and wins!Rather Dela hoya than Hatton...bato-bato yan Quote Link to comment
Jackdripah
Bka nga lang magulpi cya ni dela Joya kasi galing sa heavy division un sanay na nmasuntok ng malakas lakas, but id still like to see that fyt and how it goes.. Quote Link to comment

Mike_Lowrey21
Jackdripah
Mukang magugulpi tlga c Pacman pag lumaban cya kay dela Joya, height difference and reach differnece plang eh tragilid na cya. given na malakas sunto k ni pacman at that weight, eh mukang kya saluhin ni Dela Joya un kaci he has taken heavier punching power at higher weight class right? But still itll be an interesting fyt to see, and if Pacman wins it, even more glory for us Filipinos ryt.. Quote Link to comment
jerzz
Run and gun ang strategy dapat dito Quote Link to comment
Brownman
Bukod sa malaki at malakas, smart fighter pa. Pero kahit na, I still would love to see it happen. Quote Link to comment
mel_ian19_2001
kayang kaya ni manny yan. no doubt ahihihi Quote Link to comment

wizard23
at 147, if pacman fights the golden boy e di 150 plus pounds sya come fight time. baka bumagal si pacman nyan. ewan ko lang. this is an interesting fight to see but he's fighting a legend. his only chance is to wear him down by attacking and running until he delivers his killer KO punch hehe. webslinger
kung mananalo si pacman kay golden boy.... nanggigil si golden boy kay pacman after tinalo nya tatlong mexicano b naman... he he he..... kung bga mga kapatid ni golden boy sa boxing yun... bihira sa isang fighter n manalo sa mexican ha.... When he fought Diaz, Manny was at 147.. the speed & power still there...so i think..he has a big chance versus Dela Hoya :thumbsupsmiley: Edited July 25, 2008 by yikes Quote Link to comment

hardtohandle
Manny's camp should let go of that proposed fight against De la Hoya, kahit "matanda" na si Oscar di sya uubra dun... Hindi nya kakayanin yun... Quote Link to comment
wizard23
manny's camp is after the money not the glory of winning it... imagine he's guaranteed $20million bucks win or lose. and he wants equal share in everything ppv etc. Quote Link to comment
wrencheart
before de la hoya fought stevie forbes, i would also agree that pacman stands zero chance against him, and that its just a big stunt, and just a fight for money... but not anymore... pacman has a legit chance to beat the golden boy and roach knows that... otherwise he wont push for that fight to happen... while its true that dela hoya is bigger and may be stronger, pacman is faster and if well conditioned will have a lot left in his tank in the late goings... at kahit gaano pa kalaki si de la hoya at kalakas sumuntok eh walang epekto kung di naman nya aabutan at tatamaan si manny... de lahoya was not very impressive in his last fight with forbes who is almost the same height as pacman... forbes is only 5'7" and he started fighting at featherweight division (or junior featherweight?)... if he cant knock out a small and slow fighter like forbes, how can he knock out a fast and stronger fighter in pacman? if de la hoya is 2-3 years younger, there is no doubt that pacman stands no chance against him... but he is very old (for a boxer) and quite slow already... very ripe for pacman's picking now... so it aint gonna be a circus and im willing to bet on that... any takers? telemaster_311
5'6 versus 5'10 and given each others resume. i think dela hoya will win this one. Quote Link to comment

Imagine mo yung sakripisyo at diet niya. Edited July 26, 2008 by jerzz Quote Link to comment
wizard23
^ in that case, a heavier and taller golden boy, even if older, should not be taken for granted by pacman. Quote Link to comment
