Nakakatanda! Promise. Vitamin C? Hmmm. Yes but this go hand in hand in taking at least 8 glasses of water. Get enough sleep. (Adults need at least 6-8 hours of sleep) Exercise - whether run, dance or hitting the gym, physical activity boost your immune system. Yun lang, do not over exercise. Eat Real Food. - get your vitamins and minerals in real food. I believe if you eat real, clean food --- you dont need supplements. Yun. And of course be clean sa sarili mo at sa paligid mo.
