you can do stationary cycling and its derivatives like spinning... this is a good rehab exercise for the knee.  walking is also good... try it with weights (3lbs dumbbells in each  hand).. this will give you a workout... good cardio as well.

i am doing a lot of walking right now (min of 30 minutes, max of 45 minutes)...

 

whenever i see an opportunity to burn some calories, i do myself a favor and walk
