Gentleman98
Best fuel saving tip I found based on experience is 1 Coasting, You dont have to keep pressing the accelerator to move. Coasting on downhills and in moderate traffic will save you alot of fuel. 2 use injector cleaners for maintenance, it'll keep your fuel lines from being clogged. 3 change air filters and fuel filters, it'll save you a ton of fuel by keeping your air/fuel mixture ratio balanced. Dirtyfilters forces the engine to use more fuel than air. 4 travel light and keep your tire inflated. Keep your accessories minimal and use lighter mags and tires, it'll make it easier for your engine to run. Heavier = more force needed to accelerate = more fuel. Keeping your tires inflated to atleast 34 to 35 psi, keeps your tires from having more rolling friction against the road. But be mindful more psi means less comfortable ride. And bigger mags and tires may seem cooler, but it reduces your overall fuel consumption. Switching from 17s to 20s heavier mags may add to your fuel consumption by atleast 1 to 2 liters per km. Aside from exorbitant prices of aftermarket parts, it also burns a hole in your pockets in the long run. Quote Link to comment

sjw25
are hybrid vehicles really that much efficient when it comes to fuel saving? Quote Link to comment
Mariosep
My friend is planning to purchase a Toyota Cross. I understand that this is a hybrid vehicle. My question is yung natitipid ba sa gas due to its lithium battery is considerable ba? This is considering the price of Toyota cross Li battery. How many years po ba bago palitan yung lithium battery ni Toyota Cross? Quote Link to comment
