Inyaki
LSP
I'm up there almost every weekend! It's the nearest escape from Manila kaya go lang. I stay at Splendido whenever I'm up there though. The view is amazing from our balcony. I feel as if I'm in Middle Earth whenever I step out on our balcony. I think they rent out the rooms in the Splendido Towers, around 3500/night for the studio type units. The Boutique Bed and Breakfast place is also great, really nice rooms. They also have a hotel in Cliff House which houses good rooms too. You can't go wrong with Discovery Suites as well. T House used to be good pero now it leaves much for improvement. Food: Hmm dami dito haha. Go-to place for breakfast would always be Bag of Beans and Antonio's. Bawai's serves good authentic Vietnamese food though you have to make a reservation about 2 days before your trip. Manos and Sonya's Garden are given as well. La Esquina in Splendido has good food too (Grilled Salmon ftw!). Places to visit: Caleruega and Chapel on the Hill, if you're into that kind of thing. Caleruega has the best ambience though I prefer Chapel on the Hill's chapel. It's got a labyrinth etched on the stone floors and it signifies the journey to the Holy Land. You can walk the labyrinth until you reach the center and say a prayer, just remember to remove your shoes when you do it. Haven't been to People's Park in ages though maraming tao parin whenever I drive by it, as usual. Pasalubongs: Rowena's buco tarts! Their mango tart y ube halaya are also good. They have a resto at the back of their pasalubong store and the potato wedges are orgasmic haha. There's the ube from Good Shepherd but the one from Baguio's way better. Pineapples too! The street vendors sell them cheaper than those in the market. Hope this helps! Enjoy your stay there guys! Quote Link to comment
