Tommy Haverford
Well, genetics play a big part, plus your lifestyle. They say that if you produce a lot of testosterone, it'll help your bones and muscles grow, pati narin yung stretching, but ako I don't play a lot of basketball or sports (usually papawis lang) but I'm tall because of genetics. Evolution2006
If your bones are still young, like less then 21, sleep a lot. Growth hormone is released when you are asleep. Quote Link to comment
Agentsmith07
i think genes plays the most part, but i think drinking milk, sleeping well, drinking a lot of water and fluids and doing good exercise works Quote Link to comment

psantos
nothing you do will increase your height. its genetic. meaning when you were born, you were destined to become a certain height. dont believe the herbal products or polka dots or jumping. only sleeping when you were young at a point your bones were still not yet fully cemented/concrete/fused would help increase your height. Genesis_MD
Height is hereditary. Always get a complete sleep during growth years coz its during sleep when most growth hormone is being synthesized and released. Quote Link to comment

DrFaraway
There are ways to increase your height but only before the epiphyseal plates (aka Growth Plates) finish their development.. (usually at 25 years of age). There are therapies involving Human Groeth Hormone (HGH) which involves being under a specific regimen supervised by a doctor. This type of therapy is usually only for people who are extremely short (below 25th percentile) Even then they cant expect to be movie star tall. Just tall enough that there isnt a serious detriment to self confidence. Just be aware that taking HGH after growth plates have fused means you will develop acromegally instead of any kind of height gains. Quote Link to comment

borrisferi
Don't bother if your over 21(some books say up to 24). If you have kids good nutrition is a factor. The supplements are just for show. No real evidence supporting increase in height with supplementation. Quote Link to comment
