Iyong tinutukoy mong ice plant was called Insular Ice Plant and tama ka, it was a victim of the LRT 1 construction. sir e2 po ba ung sinasabi nyo na plant ng ice... The floodings in Manila is a century-old problem, wondering why our government hadn't managed to solve this.. Is it poor planning of incompetent city engineers/politicians. or we are just stubborn to help solve the problem of the metro?? ..some more we were not INFORMED so we are blaming MMDA instead.. :lol: Quote Link to comment
