The floodings in Manila is a century-old problem, wondering why our government hadn't managed to solve this.. Is it poor planning of incompetent city engineers/politicians. or we are just stubborn to help solve the problem of the metro?? ..some more we were not INFORMED so we are blaming MMDA instead.. :lol: Quote Link to comment

And all those American cars and the nice jogging lane next to the bay. The huge center island gives one the sense of wide open spaces. Too bad these center islands were sacrificed in order to make Roxas Blvd. wider to accommodate the ever increasing number of vehicles. This photo was probably taken in the early 70's.
