Singapore Travel - Hidden Secrets

Recommended Posts

If travelling alone, and if your goal is to maximie time and funds. I recommend staying in a pod hotel. It has the facilities for sleeping in and keeping your stuff. The objective is to enjoy life outside of the room anyway, to explore Singapore off the bed.

The particular capsule hotel I stayed in is The Pod in Kampong Glam. I do recommend it. The bed has wifi, tv, headset, etc. It's amply sized and clean. It's near to everywhere, as most things seem in Singapore. But to give you a bester idea, here are the distances to places of interest.

3 km to Orchard Road (shopping)

3 km to Marina Bay Sands / Garden (shopping, leisure, casino)

10 km or 18 minutes to Sentosa (leisure, theme parks, shopping)

less than 1 km to Bugis Junction (shopping)

5 km to China Town (food, shopping)

1.5 km to Mustafa (24-hour budget shopping)

2.6 km to Clark Quay (food, leisure, shopping)

hi ana bitchesa,

if cheap hotel is what you're looking for i suggest hotel 81 (like a motel) around $100 a night. other hotels are higher (130~300~1000) a night. hotel 81 is everywhere.

if you can't afford it, try to look for transient rooms, or dorm rooms, its a hell cheaper, like $25-50 a night.

another advice, dont sleep near bugis, its damn expensive. look for rooms outside the city. dont worry, MRT's buses and taxis are good. of course you just need to spend a bit more time during your commute :)

last advice - i'd rather sleep in condo's (find one in google) costs around $50 a night, hell better than motels, and cheaper than hotels. maybe can chat with some other pinoys in Singapore.

my 2 cents :) pm me for more info :)

Need some help please!! Looking for a cheap hotel to stay for 3 nights in Singapore preferably near Bugis. TIA

Suggestions ko:

Hotel 81 - less than 100sgd per night

V hotel - tabi ng lavender mrt stn

Hotel Boss - malapit sa v hotel pero mas mura

Hostels - cheaper options 20sgd-50sgd per night kaya lang pwedeng common room for ladies and gentlemen

Condo - 15sgd-30sgd per night

Last option - tabi na lang tayo sa kwarto ko 😂✌️ Joke lang po 😄🍻

Ahhh i miss singapore. Been there usually twice a year the past 3 years. Orchard road, Bugis, Sentosa, Universal Studios, and of course Geylang, funny thing is the handler on one of the houses told me and my friends, "kantot singkwenta!" Surprised us, and fortunately he had some of the best looking ones in the area.

Anyone know where to get Koreans, Chinese or Japanese women in Geylang? Usually got Vietnamese or Thai.
