FOR STARTER: -30 mins jogging.-After jogging, push-up, Sit up, Arm push ups. 12 reps. 3 sets diet plan: morning: 1 cup of rice, egg or ham, or tunalunch: 1 cup of rice, chicken(skinless) or more on protein foods like tuna and beef., waterdinner: 1 banana, or oat meal cereals. TRY FOR 1 MONTH. FOR ADVANCE: -30-1HOUR jogging.-After jogging, push-up, Sit up, Arm push ups.
