FOR STARTER: -30 mins jogging.-After jogging, push-up, Sit up, Arm push ups. 12 reps. 3 sets diet plan: morning: 1 cup of rice, egg or ham, or tunalunch: 1 cup of rice, chicken(skinless) or more on protein foods like tuna and beef., waterdinner: 1 banana, or oat meal cereals. TRY FOR 1 MONTH. FOR ADVANCE: -30-1HOUR jogging.-After jogging, push-up, Sit up, Arm push ups. gaboo Posted September 28, 2012 Share Posted September 28, 2012 Hindi naman recommended na magdiet before mag workout. kase nagbuburn ka ng calories pagnagwowork out ka. the more intense work out mas marami ka nabuburn na calories, un anf important pero dapat 1hour to 1hr and 30 mins lang ang oras ng work out mo konting rest lang mga 1 min rest per set mo para ramdam mo ang init.
