bmathay
Diet and exercise. Doing 1000 situ-ups would not make you lose your beer belly if you eat too much. By dieting, I do not mean starving yourself, but eating sensibly, avoiding high calorie foods. Of course you could lose weight faster if you severely cut down your food intake, but it is not recommended, and definitely not beneficial for the body. Try to walk instead or riding, stairs instead of elevators. when done consistently, the additional physical activities would add up, and would increase your metabolism. Quote Link to comment
chrispt21
Aerobic exercise will help you trim belly fat. Sit ups and other core exercises will help you tone and strengthen the muscles underneath. Quote Link to comment

chrispt21
Sit up straight. Relaxed and slumped position only encourages our ab muscles to be loose and flabby. Quote Link to comment
chrispt21
Don't skip out on sleep. If you don't sleep, you eat more. Quote Link to comment
Reaper101
Aerobic exercises. I walk/jog almost daily. It does take awhile t lose that belly, especially if it's been there for so long. Of course eat sensibly as well. Quote Link to comment
