Iwasan mo muna mga high GI foods dahil mabilis sila mag breakdown ng nutrients called glucose na nakakapag spike ng insulin which is a dominant fat storing hormone.I eat a lot veggies now compared when i was younger. Do not rely on diet when you already have some muscles and you also have the afterburn factor. Go out and observe people who are working as a kargador or builder. Rance Posted May 8, 2019 Share Posted May 8, 2019 Cut down on the Carbs and for me it was rice bawi nalng sa ulam. Tapos iwas na sa colas and other sugary drinks. Minsan pag nagttake out sa fastfood restos tulad ng mcdo burger o ala carte meals lang kinukuha ko so di na ako nagffries at soda nakakatipid ka pa. Pag sa office naman pag 2 or 3 floors lang naman kailagan ko puntahan nagsstairs nalang ako. The little things do really help, di mo kailagan mag extreme dieting o mag hardcore gym off the bat just do it at a comfortable pace and little by little you will make progress. Quote Link to comment
