Hugh_Jorgasm
More cardio. I got on the Couch to 5K program and I noticed that as I was going along my tummy slowly got smaller as well. Siyempre nakatulong na hindi ko masyadong dinamihan yung kinakain ko at the time. Quote Link to comment

Lucky12345
Yan.. Paadvise ano effective.. Have problem with my beer belly. Change in lifestyle is the key. More on healthy living 80% nutrients 20% exercise. Iwasan mo muna mga high GI foods dahil mabilis sila mag breakdown ng nutrients called glucose na nakakapag spike ng insulin which is a dominant fat storing hormone. Quote Link to comment

Admiral Kunkka
Continuous regular workouts plus the intensity of your exercises is beyond your body's maximum tolerance. Do not rely on diet when you already have some muscles and you also have the afterburn factor. Go out and observe people who are working as a kargador or builder. They eat anything but their bodies are far more better than gym members. Quote Link to comment
