Knowing what NOT to eat is as important as what to eat.- Modern diet is full of traps especially high sugar and unhealthy fats.- Being aware of your food sensitivities.- Extra Rice in most cases is only helpful if you're in the heavy manual labor side of work.Otherwise, you know where it's stuck.- Balance your eating intentions towards nutrients instead of pleasure and sheer amount. 2. Exercises targeting the stomach and core only help if you're including overall body fat.- Swimming and Running plus eating the right foods and avoiding the wrong foods is gold.
