The best way is through exercise and change of diet. hindi yung di ka kakain sa gabi etc. na diet ah. isasabay mo sya sa exercise mo like carb loading 2hrs before mag gym or exercise. since sa tyan target mo lessen eating fried and fatty foods cguro cheat day lng once a week. bawasan rin pagtotoma.

What worked for me was to cut down on sweets and try to limit my rice to 1 or at most 1 and 1/2 cup a day then I jog around my the subdivision l live in for around an hour and do sits ups and some push ups after before taking a shower. And also don't mistake thirst for hunger sometimes a glass of water can remedy those sudden hunger pangs
