will robie Posted March 30, 2018 Share Posted March 30, 2018 People who want to flatten their tummies and define their abs should just look at the 5-minute ab exercises on youtube. it's not only an ab exercise but also a cardio exercise. It has to be done everyday or as much as possible. Just a warning though. These ab exercises will make your abs ache. But then again, that is how you get your abs defined. Quote Link to comment

If you fall into this group be sure to keep an eye on your blood pressure, lipid profile, blood sugar, and insulin. Higher waist-to-hip ratio can be indicative of metabolic syndrome which may require medical attention (and should always be accompanied by lifestyle change). If you're otherwise healthy, you can't avoid having to carve the layer of fat on your stomach through diet & exercise. Quote Link to comment
