bakero john
Intermitent fasting, at least 13 hours, ideally 15-16 hours (or more if you can). Fasted cardio, when you wake up in the morning with an empty stomach, get on the treadmill, jog in place, do squats, zoomba, get your heart rate up. Cut back about half on sweets, rice, carbs in general. You will loose 2 inches in 3-5 months. Quote Link to comment

Flash Sentry
The hardest part to take out are actually the sides, which are also known as the love handles. They're the most stubborn part and can take awhile to take out. So my waist did go down to 32, but it could still go down a bit more if the sides also even out. Quote Link to comment

Supremoo
diet pa din more than exercise. it's 70 percent diet and 30 percent exercise. try intermittent fasting, once you get used to it, it'll be bearable. Quote Link to comment

Flash Sentry
diet, cardio exercise and sit-ups Generally, but then weightlifting is actually more efficient to have a flatter stomach since what one does is to actually burn off fat, and muscle is much more efficient in burning fat. So even when you're resting, you still burn calories if you have more lean muscle mass. Quote Link to comment
