Our trainers are champions in Body Building competitions. Im not gonna mention na lang, where ... kasi baka may makakilala at maconnect the dots. Lol.

 

They said :

 

If you still have big tummy as in makapal pa yung taba around mid section.

 

DO NOT DO ANY AB WORK OUT.

 

Why? Titigas lang siya pero malaki pa rin, tapos ang hirap na paliitin.

 

What you have to do, clean up your diet and be diligent with your cardio exercises at pag napaliit mo na tummy mo (when you pinch eh siguro 1 inch na lang yung fat) thats the time you do the ab work outs.

 

Saka na lalabas si six packs.

Make or break ng gaining or losing weight, sleeping and eating pattern. Tapos water intake mo din. Kung gusto mo mag-lose weight and/or turn them to muscles, mas effective kung intense workout. Kahit 2-3x a week lang, basta intense workout, not necessarily matagal. Kahit di ka mag-gym. Burst workouts, tiisan ng sakit at pagod, but it pays off. Try mo din mga Neila Rey workouts, kahit sa bahay ka lang.
