Gwen Morales Posted March 15, 2017 Share Posted March 15, 2017 Been chubby all my adult year. When I started my LCHF Diet last January I lost a lot, and started to see shape on my body. Tummy gets flatter. The only ab workout I do is kettleble swing. I dont do sit ups, crunches or leg raise. Nakakangalay. Hehe. That diet targets the mid section (in my case) I plan to go on full swing ketogenic diet probably next month. Abs are made in kitchen. Totoo yan! Quote Link to comment
