Cardio Exercise - ex. running, skiprope (5mins gradually increase per day),thenResistance Exercise ex. dolphin planks, pushup rest plank, side plank left & right, back plank position. 1-2mins. minimum is 1 mins.then to add heat. wear a sauna suit for only 280php. Google it, check sa Lazada. common guys. And lastly, reduce sweets and rice intake lalo na sa gabi. drink tea instead of coffee, hydrate before you eat. do this in 3weeks, tgnan mo. boxingero pa labas mo.heheh. jogging pala, 30mins. kaht 3x a week. Lalaki lalo tyan kasi yung abs o muscle sa tyan ang lalake at hindi siguradong yung taba sa parte ng tyan ang mawawala. Magcardio! Takbo dito takbo doon. At healthy diet. Lalaki lalo tyan kasi yung abs o muscle sa tyan ang lalake at hindi siguradong yung taba sa parte ng tyan ang mawawala. Magcardio! Takbo dito takbo doon. At healthy diet. For starters, bawasan ang rice! Nakakatulong din sir ang sit ups at crunches pampaliit ng tyan. Kasi mag bbuild ka ng muscle sa abdomen area. Muscle helps in burning fats. Cardio will also help alot. Also you have to change your eating habits. Try to have smaller meals 5x a day if kaya, and choice of food importante. More on fiber mas maganda. Iwasan din yung pagkaen na sobrang busog / bloated yung feeling. Eat slowly at i grind masyado ang food before swallowing. Mas madali kasi i digest pag durog yung pagkaen, saka mabagal na proprocess ng brain yung feeling na busog na tayo. Kaya kung mabilis ka kumaen, nakarami ka na before mo maramdamang busog ka na. You need discipline and motivation to do this. Nagawa ko to dati and lose almost 20 KG in 2 and a half month, pero mahirap i maintain kasi masarap kumaen. Quote Link to comment

For moderate exercise kahit planking lang 5 minutes sa morning 5 minutes sa gabi para lahat ng muscle group tamaan or majority ng muscle group. Para sakin pinakamahirap talaga yang tyan. Cavemen were lean to the grind because they eat protein everyday and thats what the body needs. Surprisingly, salads mostly have carbs and all it takes is a small serving of salad and unlimited amounts of meat. Anything! pork fat, pork, beef and chicken. Atkins really have done me a favor to change my lifestyle. The diet isnt for everyone but to be honest this diet had been in the US for 50 years. Sugar really makes people obesed and we have to end it. If you want to lose weight the easiest way like 10 pounds in two weeks. Read about the Atkins Diet. I honestly lost 30 pounds in 3 months.
