Effective din kumain ng nakatayo. 3. crunches or ab training di ok kung wala cardio. One of the best na nakita ko sa internet via youtube is the ten minute abs program. And to be honest, effective siya talaga. I have been doing it for 3 months right now and it works. Iyon lang talaga medyo mahirap ang work out pero sulit naman siya talaga. :-) Quote Link to comment
