Increase the calorie expenditure, decrease the caloric intake, and your body will resort to using what nature designed as its energy storage. Pay attention to your intake of sweets. Man was not designed to live on ice cream, chocolate cakes and candy bars. Yes we filipinos like to say we feel like dying without white rice. The bad news is that we WON'T.
