Edmund Dantes
Including olive oil in my daily food intake really did wonders for my belly. Plus it helps if you have a very active lifestyle. I try to train 5 times a week. Kahit out of town ng matagal I try to exercise and watch what I eat.

vgbond
Fat is like an onion skin wrapped around the body. You gain and lose layer by layer. So if your goal is to lose/decrease your belly size, it will be through general weight lossmethods. Quote Link to comment

DeepDish
From experience, exercise can only take you so far. A good diet is key in reducing your belly. Quote Link to comment
Edmund Dantes
First of all, spotting is myth. Spotting is a theory that you can target fat at one specific area of your body (in this case the belly region) if you exercise that area often! It does not happen! Fat is naturally stored in the midsection. Its the first area that accumulates fat, and the last to go off. You gotta apply a holistic health approach here if you wanna lose that belly. Ibig sabihin buong katawan mo dapat iexercise mo at pagalawin. Then the body will just decide which fat area to lose. Yang mga planking at situps na yan. Hindi naman yan nakakasunog ng taba. Kelangan mo yan later on to tighten your gut. Build more muscles in other areas of your body, it helps consume more fat. Constantly move your biggest muscle groups, meaning your legs. Do biking, running, and challenging jump rope routines. Sa diet naman Try nyo olive oil! It worked wonders for me. Araw araw olive oil diet ka dapat. Imbes minola o kung ano anong mantika, extra virgin olive oil gamitin. Take plenty of fish oil din. Quote Link to comment
6666
Spot reduction, as posted above, is not possible if your just gonna go on a diet and/or exercise. The only way you can achieve spot reduction is with medical intervention. Quote Link to comment

Edmund Dantes
Lifestyle change: Watch what you eat and do physical activities. Huwag magpadala sa mga crash diet at diet FADs: lose it fast, regain it fast -- just look at Oprah. Yeah I totally agree with this. Isama mo na din dyan si Sharon Cuneta who was into south beach diet. Its really consistency and overall dedication that brings lasting result. You cant say I wanna look good for the beach season, and then later on keep eating like a teenager on a weekends. This has to really be a part of you as much as brushing your teeth is. You gotta be able to live healthy every single day so much that when you do not exercise for a few days it makes you feel like s@%t.

Kahit pa makuha mo yan mawawala rin interest mo to maintain it. Kelangan unahin mo muna idisiplina sarili mo at baguhin overall lifestyle mo. Quote Link to comment
shotcomeon
- Avoid processed foods, eat only real food- Lean meat- Moderate alcohol intake. And when I say moderate, like 1 bottle per day or 2/3 per occasion. Also make sure yo hydrate yourself with water after you drink.- Do not drink and lift- Avoid stress- Eat a lot of vegetables- Limit your fruit intake since this food also contains sugar- And the most important of all, chew your food properly BONUS: Ab workouts does not remove your belly fat, it defines your ab muscle. No matter how many million ab crunch you do, that beach body will not appear if you got some big ass belly fat. Quote Link to comment
