Besides those enumerated above, MOST BASIC is, NO COLD DRINKS before , during and after meals! If too lazy to exercise... Start with this! If able , totally eliminate all Cold Drinks from your habit. Just like taking hot coffee , hot milk, ...

Just imagine yourself, like working out , sweating...effects. With hot drinks, you sweat , after the hot drinks, without the usual work out. After you used to that, you do the other things in this topics suggestions.

plus, we also have to take into consideration yung amount of food we're taking in and the amount of activity we're doing..kung daming food ang kinakain dapat madami din activity (physical) ang ginagawa natin para di ma-store as fats yung excess food.. ganun din, kung madaming physical activity tapos unti lang food intake, tendency of our body is to use stored fats as source of energy..

 

meron pa rin pala isang factor, yung metablism natin..we all have different metabolism rates..kaya meron mga taong super lakas kumain di naman tumataba tapos di rin naman nageexercise regularly hehe..

 

there is no such thing as spot reduction. if you want to bid sayonara to a big belly, do aerobics (running, stairmaster, cycling, etc.) and eat less. doing these coupled with a spartan willpower will whittle down even the most stubborn beer gut.
